HUPO - general

For the first time, the Chairs of the seven HUPO Global Initiatives came together for two days to report on the progress of each project and highlight plans for the future in Montreal, Canada.

Along with sharing updates on the progress of each project, there have been opportunities to explore collaboration among them. In addition, a number of policy recommendations related to how HUPO Initiatives were managed and how future Initiatives will be selected.

Under the chairmanship of Sam Hanash, the meeting involved the following distinguished scientists:
